As promised, we’re going to let you know how to make delicious smashed potatoes with our bread dipping mix. This recipe is so easy that it will definitely knock your socks off!
To start, you will need the following:
1 packet of Bread Dipping Mix
Red Skin Potatoes (or any other bite sized potatoes of your choice)
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
First thing you need to do is boil your potatoes for about 25 minutes; and while those are boiling, you can work on making your bread dipping mix. You simply combine ½ cup of olive oil for every tablespoon of dip mix you use.
Now if your potatoes are complete, strain the potatoes and let them dry for about 5 minutes; and while those are drying, you can preheat your oven to 350°.
Next, is where you start actually smashing your potatoes. So make sure you put some parchment paper on a cookie sheet or oven safe pan and place your potatoes on your sheet or in your pan. Take a fork and begin to smash your potatoes so they are flat.
You then drizzle your bread dipping mix all over your potatoes, along with your pinch of salt and pepper. After you feel your potatoes are adequately covered with the dipping mix, you place the tray or pan in the preheated oven.
Let your smashed potatoes bake for about 40 minutes, or until they are golden. Drizzle a bit more dipping mix on them after they come out. Now your masterpiece is complete!
