Ingredients:
- 1 packet Salsa Fresca Mix
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes (not drained)
- 8 oz. Velveeta® cheese, cubed
- 16 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Mix together Salsa Fresca Mix and can of petite diced tomatoes in slow cooker (high setting) or saucepan or microwaveable bowl. Add cubed Velveeta® cheese and cubed cream cheese. Heat until completely melted and mix well. If using slow cooker, turn to low or warm and serve with crackers.
