Mexican Bean Salad Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Salsa Fresca Mix
  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) pinto beans, drained/rinsed
  • 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) blackeye peas, drained/rinsed
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt, optional

Mix all ingredients together. Let set overnight. Stir before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
