Mexican Bean Salad Dip
- 1 packet Salsa Fresca Mix
- 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) pinto beans, drained/rinsed
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) blackeye peas, drained/rinsed
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt, optional
Mix all ingredients together. Let set overnight. Stir before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
