Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together all ingredients. Place in heat-proof baking dish. Bake* for 20 minutes until bubbly around the edges and lightly golden brown on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
*May be heated in microwave or (1.5 quart to 2 quart) slow cooker.
**For a little extra spice use shredded Pepper Jack cheese.
