Easy French Baked Chicken

  • 1 packet Caramelized Onion & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 4 chicken breasts, bone in
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup French salad dressing

Place chicken breasts in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix French salad dressing and Caramelized Onion & Garlic Dip together and pour evenly over chicken breasts. Cover and chill 5 to 6 hours or overnight. Bake for two hours at 300°, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink.

I have served this several times and it is always a winner. Everyone asks me for the recipe and can’t believe how easy it is to put together especially for serving a large crowd. I de-bone the chicken breasts after cooking and slice them for smaller servings without the hassel of navigating the bones.
