Banana Cream Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg (3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350º. Prepares a Bundt or tube pan by thoroughly greasing or use cooking spray to coat. In a large bowl place 4 ripe bananas and mash with a fork. Add oil, eggs, and water. Mix well to combine. Add cake mix and instant pudding mix, mix with spoon to incorporate dry ingredients. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Filling:

Place softened cream cheese in a small bowl, add Banana Cream Dip Mix and mix together. Add eggs and mix with electric mixer for 1 minute. Carefully spoon cream cheese filling on top of batter in Bundt/Tube pan. Avoid getting cream cheese filling too close to the edges of pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the top of cake comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for approx. 15-20 minutes before inverting on to serving platter. Keep baked cake refrigerated
