1 packet Almond Poppy Seed Dip Mix (dry)
1 dark chocolate cake mix
16 oz. cream cheese
1 container (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 container chocolate fudge frosting
Prepare and bake a dark chocolate cake mix in a 9x13 pan. Let cool. Flip cake out of pan onto cookie sheet or wax paper. Place in fridge or freezer to help firm. Once chilled, slice the cake horizontally down the middle. Prepare Almond Poppy Seed Dip Mix with 16 oz. cream cheese (instead of cream cheese and sour cream). Mixture should be very thick. Once evenly mixed, fold in whipped topping. Spread the Almond Poppy Seed mixture onto one cake. Place other cake on top. Microwave chocolate fudge frosting for 1 minute to soften. Slowly pour melted fudge frosting over top of cake sandwich.
