- Sundried Tomato & Garlic Dip Mix
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- thinly sliced salami*
- baby spinach
- spinach flavored tortilla shells, or other flavor you like
*You will need 5 slices of salami per roll
Prepare Sundried Tomato & Garlic Dip Mix per package directions. Spread a thin even layer of Sundried Tomato & Garlic Dip Mix onto tortillas, leaving 1/4 inch empty around edge. Top with 5 slices of salami and layer an even amount of spinach leaves on top of salami. Roll tortillas and set aside. Repeat until you've reached your desired amount. Chill rolls for at least 1 hour before slicing into 1/2 inch rounds.
