So how many times have you been to your favorite restaurant and they bring out that delicious bread, oil, and seasoning? It looks so simple and is so satisfying. Well believe it or not, there are a couple of rules to this simple dish.
First, make sure you use a shallow bowl or plate. This helps to prevent the seasoning from just sinking and leaving you with a bowl full of oil.
Second, make sure you add your seasoning to the plate first and then add your olive oil. This too helps to make sure the olive oil and seasonings are proportionate with every dip.
Lastly, you’ll want to stir occasionally. The seasonings will settle into the oil. If you stir occasionally, you’ll be sure to have spices and oil with every dip.
