All you will need is one packet of our Cookie Dough Dip Mix, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, and ½ cup of softened butter. Lemon Cooler Cookies

Our lemon cooler cookie recipe is out of this world. To make this delicious cookie you will need one packet of our Lemon Cooler Dip Mix, 1-¾ cups of flour, ½ tsp of baking soda, ½ cup of softened and unsalted butter, 1 whole egg, and 2 cups of powdered sugar.

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent the cookies from sticking. Next, combine your flour and baking soda together in one bowl. In another bowl mix together your softened butter and packet of Lemon Cooler Dip Mix. Once thoroughly mixed, add in your egg and stir in your dry ingredients from the other bowl.

Once everything is mixed together, roll small balls of your cookie dough in powdered sugar and place them onto your lined pan until the pan is full. Bake your cookies for 12-14 minutes or until they are done to your liking and gold on the sides. Finally, top your baked cookies off with a bit of extra powdered sugar for some added sweetness.

This lemon cookie treat is the perfect mix of sweet and citrusy without being too overpowering. Trust us when we say, you will never use another lemon cookie recipe again. Try it out for yourself!

Strawberries & Cream Whoopie Pie Cookies

Strawberry lovers will swoon over these fluffy and delicious cookies. Just like all of our other recipes, this one is super easy to make! All you will need is one packet of our Strawberries & Cream Dip mix, 2 packages of softened cream cheese, ¼ cup of cool whip, 1 box or 15.25oz of white cake mix, ⅓ cup of water, ¼ cup of oil, and one egg. First, mix together your Strawberries & Cream Dip Mix and cream cheese thoroughly. Then, fold in your cool whip and place this mixture in the fridge to cool for at least an hour. In a separate bowl combine your cake mix, oil, egg, and water until blended together. Once that is done, place that in the fridge as well.

Prior to taking your mixtures out of the fridge be sure to have your oven preheated to 350 degrees and a lined cookie sheet ready to go. Finally, place 1-inch-sized balls of your cookie dough onto the sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Once your cookies are done and cooled off you can add your strawberry mixture to the flat side of the cookies, turning it into a cookie sandwich.

This is the perfect dessert for a small get-together, picnic, or family evening. Everyone is sure to love the delicious balance of sweetness and fruity flavors.
