As some of you may know, Cinco de Mayo is coming up soon. This festive holiday calls for a good time while celebrating Mexican culture. So with that being said, before you all begin purchasing your fiesta necessities, there is one thing you must know...and that is the difference between our Chile Con Queso Dip Mix and our Fiesta Nacho Cheese Dip Mix.

 

 

The Chile Con Queso Dip, which is Spanish for cheese with peppers, is a sharp cheddar cheese mix. According to David, Shirley’s other half, this is the all-time best dip; which says a lot. Then we have our Fiesta Nacho Cheese Dip, which unfortunately has no cool translation like the previous dip, but this one is an American cheese dip which means it is a bit milder.

 

 

Although both dips have two different tastes, Shirley guarantees that they are equally as versatile. So this means that both dips can be included in any of your fiesta recipes. Shirley also recommends both when making layered dips, and if you want to kick it up a notch she also recommends adding a little chicken or beef to your recipe.
