It’s looking like the warm weather is here to stay, which means it’s time to bring the grill out. So here at Country Home Creations, we make delicious dips but did you know that our dips actually work great as marinades and seasoning when grilling? Just to help you see how versatile we are, here are a couple different recipes that’ll help kick your summer grilling sessions off the right way.
First up, we have our Pesto Dip Mix which goes great with shrimp! Sprinkle our dry mix on the shrimp, then throw those babies on the grill with a little bit of olive oil and lemon juice. What have you got? The tastiest shrimp anyone has ever eaten!
Then we have something for our fish people. Take our Lime Cilantro Dip Mix (which pairs great with salmon) and spread the dry mixture with some olive oil and lemon or lime juice onto the fish and grill inside of a foil packet. If salmon isn’t your fish of choice, you can use this recipe with any type of fish or filet. Just like that you have made the tastiest fish anyone has ever eaten!
Next we have something for our steak lovers. We have our Zesty Bread Dipping Mix that can be paired with your favorite cut of steak, and grilled along with any of your favorite vibrant colored veggies. Put them together and make a kabob! Same concept as the others. Just add the dry mix to your cut of meat and/or veggies and grill to your liking. Just like that you’ve made the tastiest steak or kabob anyone has ever eaten!
Lastly we have some options for our traditional burger lovers. Our Dill Pickle Dip Mix goes great with whatever meat used to make your burgers. Make the mix into dip and use it as a spread in place of mayo on your completed burger. Another option is our Caramelized Onion & Garlic Dip Mix. Add the dry mix to the raw meat, make your patties and get ‘em on the grill. And just like that you’ve put a spin on an old classic and you’ve made the tastiest burgers anyone has ever eaten!
The greatest thing about all these tasty recipes is the fact that all of the mixes can be interchanged, used dry or prepared, and tried with many different meats and veggies. So don’t be afraid to experiment, you might just find your brand new favorite combination!
