Jalapeno Cornbread

  • 1 packet Cornbread Mix
  • 1 packet Jalapeno Dip Mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°. Coat a 13x9-inch pan or baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into pan/baking dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly; cut into squares to serve.
