Sundried Tomato & Feta Dip
- 1 level Tbsp. Italian Bread Dipping Mix (dry)
- 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste, if desired
Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well to combine. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with pita chips, plain crackers, or slices of crusty bread.
