Baked Corn Casserole

  • 1packet Corn Bread Mix
  • 2 cans (14 to 15 oz.) creamed corn
  • 2 cans (14 to 15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sour cream


Preheat over to 350°. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish/pan. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let set 5 minutes before serving. Great side dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
