Cheesy Party Potatoes (Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole)
Cheesy Party Potatoes
- 1 packet Confetti Cheeseball Mix
- 2 lb. bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) of a cream soup (i.e., cream of potato, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken or cream of celery)
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Place in a well greased 13x9-inch baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 to 30 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
