Chilled Dill Pickled Baby Carrots

Ingredients:

  • Chilled Dill Pickle Mix
  • 4-5 lbs. baby carrots
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water, do not exceed 
  • 1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute 

Directions:

Pack and fill a 1-gallon container with approximately 4 to 5 lbs. baby carrots, sliced length-wise. Follow Chilled Dill Pickle Mix mixing directions; substitute clean baby carrots for all vegetables. Pour mixed pickling solution over the carrots. Refrigerate for approximately 3 weeks for full flavor. Shake occasionally. Great for lunches or a snack.
