Mini No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecakes


  • 1 package No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz. whipped topping (reserve half)
  • 1 sleeve of graham crackers, crushed


    Prepare No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Mix according to directions. Spoon a small amount of the mixture into the bottom of a shot glass, miniature bowl, tea cup, ramekin, or any other small serving dish. Add a dollop of whipped topping. Top with another spoonful of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Place the mini cheesecakes in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
