No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Country Home Creations No-Bake Cheesecake Mixes

    All of our easy no-bake cheesecake mixes are prepared the same way. Here's a basic recipe (also included on the tag of the mixes) to make the cheesecake.
  • 1 Country Home Creations No Bake Cheesecake Mix (any flavor)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • pre-made graham cracker crust (you may also use a chocolate graham cracker crust if you are using our Strawberry, Turtle, Caramel, or Chocolate mixes).

In a large mixing bowl mix No Bake Cheesecake Mix and cream cheese together. Mix well using an electric mixer. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into pre-made crust and cover with plastic top (or plastic wrap). Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours. If desired, garnish with your favorite toppings.

Topping Ideas

  • Strawberry: Chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, sliced strawberries
  • Caramel: Nuts, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce
  • Turtle: Chocolate sauce, caramel sauce
  • Lemon: Lemon zest, sliced fruit, fruit topping/sauce
  • Chocolate: Chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings, sliced strawberries
  • Orange Dreamsicle: Sliced oranges, mandarin oranges, sliced fruit, coconut shavings

Hi Fred! In response to your comment, fat-free/sugar-free ingredients can sometimes affect the recipe. Our no-bake cheesecakes are on the softer side and won’t become very firm like a classic baked cheesecake.

we made a “no bake lemon cheesecake” mix. the pie was easy to make, instructions easy and clear. after 6 hours in the refrigerator to pie was still soft not runny but nowhere near firm. we used 1/3 fat free cream cheese and sugar/fat free whiped topping. would these ingredients have had an effect on the finished product? The second day the pie was still on the soft side.
