
B.L.T. 7-Layer Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 packet B.L.T. Dip Mix
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Do not use salad dressing such as
Miracle Whip®, use real mayonnaise.) - milk
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 cups (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- croutons as garnish, if desired
Directions:
Blend sour cream and mayonnaise. Add entire packet of B.L.T. Dip Mix. Mix well. Thin with small amount of milk to reach desired consistency. Chill overnight or minimum of 4 hours. Using a 13x9-inch baking dish layer ingredients in the following order: lettuce, broccoli, peas, top with approximately 1-1/2 cups of prepared B.L.T. dressing, bacon, cheese and green onion. You may add additional B.L.T. dressing as needed. Top with optional croutons. Serve immediately.
