Ingredients:
- Birthday Cake Dip Mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 12 Golden Oreo® cookies, finely crushed*
- vanilla candy melt
- sprinkles & cookie crumbs, optional garnish
Directions:
With an electric mixer blend together cream cheese, butter, and Birthday Cake Dip Mix. In a large zipper-type bag, place approximately 12 Golden Oreo® cookies; crush with a rolling pin** or heavy object. Fold cookie crumbs into Birthday Cake mixture. Roll mixture into small balls and place them onto a parchment paper covered baking pan. Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Melt vanilla candy melt according to package instructions in a glass container. Using a fork dip the chilled truffles into the candy melt until they are completely covered and place them on the parchment paper to set. Garnish with sprinkles and cookie crumbs before they are completely set. Store truffles in the refrigerator.
* You may add more Oreo® Cookies if you desire
** Cookies may also be crushed in a food processor
