- 1 packet Cheddar Cheeseball Mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz. cheddar cheese= 2 cups)
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Place softened cream cheese and Cheddar Cheeseball Mix in a mixing bowl. Mix well (a fork works great to mix with), then add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese and milk. Mix well and form into 1 inch balls. Place remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese in a shallow dish. Roll balls in cheese to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. chill overnight or minimum of 4 hours. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
