Buffalo Ranch Chicken Bake


  • Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix
  • 8 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1-1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 Tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley


Prepare Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix as recommended on packaging. Preheat the oven to 350*. Mix prepared Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix with the cooked pasta, shredded chicken and 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Place in a greased baking dish. Place the remaining ¾ cup of shredded cheese on top of the mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browning. Drizzle buffalo sauce over the top and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and chopped parsley. Serves 6.
