Bundt Pan Holiday Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 Oranges sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 2-4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle dry red wine
  • 1 package of Mulled Cider Spice Mix
  • 1 container of cran-apple juice
  • 1 container of orange juice concentrate
  • 2 L of ginger ale

Directions:

Place sliced oranges around the sides of the bundt pan. Add cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and mint springs. Slowly fill with water leaving 1/2- inch at the top and freeze until solid. Mull the botte of wine using Mulled Cider Spice Mix according to package directions. Mix mulled wine, cran-apple juice, and orange juice concentrate in a pitcher. Loosen bundt pan ice ring under hot water and place in punch bowl. Pour punch mix in bowl leaving 2 inches at the top then top with ginger ale.  Serve in cups with orange and cranberry garnish.
