Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Chipotle BBQ Sauce Mix, prepared
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 8-12 small 4.5″ corn tortillas

Queso Fresco cheese

1 Mango, cubed
- 1 Bunch of cilantro
- 1-2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Lime Wedges
Directions:
Mix shredded chicken with prepared Chipotle BBQ Sauce to coat and warm in a pan or the microwave. Cook/ grill shells according to package directions. Fill each shell with a scoop of chicken, then top it with cheese, mango, jalapeno slices, avocado, and cilantro. Add more BBQ sauce if desired. Serves 4
