Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Citrus Poblano Dip Mix
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6-8 chicken legs
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl mix together Citrus Poblano Dip Mix with apple juice, water and oil. Place chicken legs in a large zip lock bag and pour marinade over top. Place in the refrigerator and marinade chicken a minimum of 8 hours or overnight. Grill marinated chicken until cooked through and serve with grilled lemons or lime. Discard leftover marinade that was in contact with raw chicken, do not reuse.
