Ingredients:
- Cookies & Cream Dip Mix
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 cups rice square cereal (i.e., Chex™), divided
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 10 chocolate sandwich cookies, roughly chopped
Directions:
Combine Cookies & Cream Dip Mix and powdered sugar—equally separate mixture into two bowls and set aside. In a medium bowl, melt white chocolate chips. Repeat the same process for the dark chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Pour melted chocolate into individual gallon plastic bags. Add 3 cups of cereal into each bag. Close bags, leave air in them and shake vigorously to coat cereal. Add one bowl of Cookies & Cream Dip Mixture to each bag. Close and shake to coat. Pour both bags into a large bowl and add chopped cookies. Stir gently to combine.
*When melting chocolate in the microwave, use 15-second increments, stirring in between
