Cucumber Onion Cheeseball

  • 1 packet Cucumber Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon hot water
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened (2 - 8oz. blocks)
  • Crackers finely crushed, i.e. townhouse, Club, or Ritz (if desired)

Add 1 Tablespoon of hot water to Cucumber Onion Dip Mix. Stir with a fork; let set 5 minutes to rehydrate cucumbers. Add softened cream cheese. Mix well (a fork works great to mix with). Shape into a ball or log. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill overnight or for minimum of 4 hours. Remove plastic wrap and roll in finely crushed crackers, if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
