- 1 packet Espresso Dip Mix
- 1- 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 package Dark Chocolate or Fudge Brownie Mix prepared to package directions (for cake-like brownies)
In a medium-size microwavable bowl soften cream cheese for 1 minute, stir softened cream cheese until silky and smooth. Add in sour cream and Espresso Dip Mix. Mix well. Add in beaten eggs. Set aside
Preheat oven to 350, prepare a 9x13 inch pan. Mix brownie mix according to package, for cake-like brownies according to the pan size. Spread batter into 9x13 inch pan. Spread spoonfuls of prepared Espresso Dip Mix on top of brownie batter. Smooth out. Using a round tip "butter-style" knife, cute through going lengthwise in the pan then widthwise to marble together with the two batters. Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until Espresso Dip Batter appears a little dry and not shiny and center of pan is set. Allow to cool for several hours before serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
