Brownie Batter Truffles


  • Brownie Batter Dip Mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 12 Chocolate Oreo® cookies, finely crushed* 
  • Chocolate candy melt  
  • sprinkles & cookie crumbs, optional garnish 


 With an electric mixer blend together cream cheese, butter, and Brownie Batter Dip Mix.  In a large zipper-type bag, place approximately 12 Chocolate Oreo® cookies; crush with a rolling pin** or heavy object. Fold cookie crumbs into Brownie Batter mixture. Roll mixture into small balls and place them onto a parchment paper covered baking pan. Chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Melt vanilla candy melt according to package instructions in a glass container. Using a fork dip the chilled truffles into the candy melt until they are completely covered and place them on the parchment paper to set. Garnish with sprinkles and cookie crumbs before they are completely set. Store truffles in the refrigerator.  

* You may add more Oreo® Cookies if you desire

** Cookies may also be crushed in a food processor
