- 1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Before getting started, place your mixing bowl and beaters in the refrigerator or freezer for about 10-15 minutes to chill.. Once chilled remove from the refrigerator or freezer.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, or in a large mixing bowl using a hand-held mixer, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and the vanilla. Start mixing on low speed, the increase the speed to medium-high until soft or stiff peaks form.
Adjust the amount of powdered sugar to your personal preference. We prefer to use ¼ cup in this recipe. Feel free to reduce the vanilla extract to ½ teaspoon if you prefer too.
*You need 3 cups of homemade whipped cream to complete a Country Home Creations No Bake Cheesecake
