
Italian Roasted Chicken

Ingredients:

Italian Bread Dipping Mix
- 1/4 stick butter, softened
- 1 whole chicken, 3 to 5 lbs.
- salt & pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare chicken by rinsing and patting dry. Rub butter all over uncooked chicken. Season chicken with desired amount of Italian Bread Dipping Mix, salt and pepper. Remember less is more. Bake chicken according to size/weight of chicken. Tent with foil part way through baking if chicken gets too brown on top. Once done (internal temperature of 165°-175° degrees) allow chicken to rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
