
Maple Pecan Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp, Maple Pecan Dip Mix, dry
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 medium carrots; peeled, washed & dried
- salt to taste; optional
- optional garnish: chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Place prepared carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet. In a small bowl mix together olive oil and Maple Pecan Dip Mix. Brush maple mixture over carrots until coated. Sprinkle desired amount of salt over carrots. Bake for 25 minutes or until carrots are tender. Top with optional chopped pecans and serve.
