Ingredients:
- 2-3 Tbsp. Parmesan Pesto Dip Mix, prepared
- 1/2 cup cheese tortellini pasta, cooked & cooled
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup baby spinach, washed & drained*
Directions:
Layer ingredients into a pint-size mason jar (wide mouth works best) in this order. Parmesan Pesto Dip Mix, cheese tortellini, tomato, mozzarella, spinach. Pack down the spinach to get as much in as you can.
