- Peach Salsa Mix
- 14 -to- 15oz. can diced petite tomatoes undrained
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, in juice
- 1- 2lb. pkg. chicken wings
Prepare Peach Salsa Mix per package instructions. Place chicken wings and peach salsa into a plastic zipper-type bag (1-gallon size), toss to coat. Refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 400° and line a deep rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray pan well with cooking spay. Pour chicken mixture onto prepared pan, spoon excess salsa from pan onto chicken wings. Bake for 20 minutes per side or until done.
*Discard any leftover salsa; do not reuse any salsa that has been in contact with raw meat.
