Pumpkin Fall Mix

Ingredients:

  • Harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix, dry
  • 5 cups Cinnamon Chex® 
  • 4 cups Honey Nut Cheerios®
  • 4 cups Honey Nut Chex®
  • 4 cups Wheat Chex®
  • 4 cups Honey or Cinnamon Teddy Grahams®
  • 4 cups Honey roasted Peanuts
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups White  chocolate or semi sweet chips

Directions:


Mix cereal ingredients and place in a large  greased roasting pan and preheat oven to 250 °.


In a saucepan, melt butter. Mix in the corn syrup, brown sugar and honey. Bring the mixture to a boil. Whisk in the harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix. Lower heat to medium and stir continuously at a low boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over cereal mixture. Toss. Bake at 250* for one hour tossing every 15 minutes to well coat the cereal mixture. When you are finished baking, you may add white chocolate or semi sweet chips and toss again. Pour mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheets to cool. Once cooled, store in airtight containers.
