Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan Pesto Dip Mix, dry
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb. Gemelli pasta
- 1 filet of salmon, cooked
- 1 cup peas, drained
- 2 -2.5oz cans of sliced black olives, drained
- 1 -14.5oz canned diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Prepare Parmesan Pesto Dip Mix per package directions and chill for a minimum of 4 hours. Cook Gemelli pasta per package directions. In a large bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
