Zesty Smashed Potatoes


  • Zesty Bread Dipping Mix
  • Olive Oil
  • Red Skin Potatoes (or any other bite-sized potatoes of your choice)
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper


The first thing you need to do is boil your potatoes for about 25 minutes. While those are boiling, you can work on making your bread dipping mix. You simply combine ½ cup of olive oil for every tablespoon of mix you use.

When your potatoes are complete, strain them and let dry for about 5 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350°.

Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet, or oven-safe pan, with your potatoes. Take a fork and begin to smash your potatoes so they are flat.

Then drizzle your bread dipping mix all over your potatoes, along with your pinch of salt and pepper. Once you feel your potatoes are adequately covered with the mix, place the tray (or pan) in the preheated oven.

Let your smashed potatoes bake for about 40 minutes, or until they are golden. Drizzle a bit more dipping mix on them after taking them out of the oven. And you're done!
