Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Onion & Bacon Dip Mix, dry mix
- 1 pound whole mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated and additional for garnish
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Wash, clean mushrooms. Remove stems from mushrooms caps and chop up stems. Mix together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, Sweet Onion & Bacon Dip Mix (dry), chopped stem pieces and salt/pepper. Fill mushrooms caps with filling mixture and sprinkle/garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese. Bake on baking sheet for approximately 20 minutes until mushrooms are golden brown.
