Tiramisu Poke Cake


  • 1 packet Tiramisu Dip Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • yellow cake mix (boxed)
  • 16 oz. whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • grated chocolate bar or mini chocolate chips

Make and bake boxed yellow cake according to directions on package. on 13x9" pan. Let cool approx. 15 minutes in pan. Mix up Tiramisu Dip Mix according to directions on package. Poke holes in slightly cooled cake with handle of wooden spoon. quickly and carefully spread the prepared dip evenly over cake. Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes, then top with a layer of grated chocolate or mini chocolate chips. Spread remaining 8 oz. of whipped topping over top then carefully dust with mixture of powder sugar and cocoa powder. Place in freezer for 15-20 more minutes.
