Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup Farmhouse Ranch Dip Mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) tube crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped 
  • 1 red -or- orange bell pepper, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded 
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped 
  • optional garnish: chopped green onions 

Directions: 

Blend together softened cream cheese, sour cream and 1/8 cup Farmhouse Ranch Dip Mix. Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent roll dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Press dough onto sheet to seal seams and perforations. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely. Spread Farmhouse Ranch mixture on crust and sprinkle with vegetables. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with optional chopped green onions and serve.
