- 1 tbsp. Zesty Bread Dipping Mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 8 to 10 medium-sized red skin potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
In a large skillet, combine 1 Tbsp. Zesty Bread Dipping Mix and olive oil. Add potatoes and chopped onion. Cook, stirring frequently until potatoes are tender and light brown. Serve immediately.
