Yes, pumpkin-flavored desserts are amazing, but we also have a non-dessert pumpkin food for you. Pumpkin cheeseballs make for a fantastic fall or Halloween-themed appetizer or snack for your guests. To make a pumpkin cheeseball, you will need one packet of our delicious bacon and cheddar cheese spread mix, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, 8 oz. of sour cream, 8 oz. soft cheddar cheese spread, 1 cup of shredded cheese, a bell pepper step, plastic wrap, and a few rubber bands.

Once mixed, shape this mixture into a ball and place it on a sheet of plastic wrap. Then you will wrap the cheeseball with plastic wrap, being sure to use a second sheet for extra strength. After all these steps are done, place your cheeseball in the fridge and chill for at least 4 hours, though overnight is encouraged. For added aesthetics, you can press in some additional shredded cheese to the outside of your cheese ball and press the pepper stem in the top to make it look like a pumpkin. This cheese is best served with crackers, pretzels, vegetables, and even chips!
