Pumpkin-flavored treats and desserts are a must during this season, and we can’t wait to share our favorite pumpkin treats with you. These treats are perfect for any Halloween party or get-together. Mini No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecakes
Name a better combination than cheesecake and pumpkin! Our mini no-bake pumpkin cheesecakes are super easy to make. All you will need is one package of our no-bake pumpkin cheesecake mix, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, 16 oz. of whipped topping, and one sleeve of crushed-up graham crackers. Just spoon a bit of our delicious pumpkin cheesecake mixture into the containers of your choice, add some whipped topping, and then finish it off with another layer of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture. Once that is done, top them off with some graham cracker crumb sprinkles, and then you’re done! The cheesecakes need to cool in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours before you and your guests can enjoy them. Cheesecake lovers will adore this Halloween treat at your next party.
Pumpkin Fluff
Need we say more? Pumpkin fluff is a unique fall treat that you have to try making! This creamy and fluffy treat is sure to be a favorite this season. Making our delicious pumpkin fluff couldn’t be easier. All you will need is one packet of our harvest pumpkin dip mix, ⅓ cup of hot water, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, and 8 oz. of thawed whipped topping. To make this yummy treat, simply combine the harvest pumpkin dip mix and hot water in a bowl using a fork. Then blend in your softened cream cheese and mix well with an electric mixer. You will want to whip this up for about 2 minutes. After that, use a spatula to fold in your whipped topping. Place this mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours and stir a bit before serving.
Pumpkin fluff can be served in many ways. We suggest adding some pumpkin fluff on pound cake, angel food cake slices, cake squares, or gingerbread cookies. Pumpkin fluff adds a little bit of extra fun and flavor to any cakes or cookies. Try it out for yourself!
Pumpkin Cheeseball
Yes, pumpkin-flavored desserts are amazing, but we also have a non-dessert pumpkin food for you. Pumpkin cheeseballs make for a fantastic fall or Halloween-themed appetizer or snack for your guests. To make a pumpkin cheeseball, you will need one packet of our delicious bacon and cheddar cheese spread mix, 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, 8 oz. of sour cream, 8 oz. soft cheddar cheese spread, 1 cup of shredded cheese, a bell pepper step, plastic wrap, and a few rubber bands.
First, you will blend with your cream cheese, sour cream, and cheese spread. Then you will add in a whole packet of our bacon and cheddar cheese spread mix. Once mixed, shape this mixture into a ball and place it on a sheet of plastic wrap. Then you will wrap the cheeseball with plastic wrap, being sure to use a second sheet for extra strength. Finally, you will wrap your rubber bands around your cheeseball to help it keep its shape. After all these steps are done, place your cheeseball in the fridge and chill for at least 4 hours, though overnight is encouraged. For added aesthetics, you can press in some additional shredded cheese to the outside of your cheese ball and press the pepper stem in the top to make it look like a pumpkin. This cheese is best served with crackers, pretzels, vegetables, and even chips!
Harvest Pumpkin Torte
This recipe may very well be the best Fall or Halloween torte there is. This delicious layered dessert is perfect for bringing to any get-together or even serving to your family. To make this yummy harvest pumpkin torte, you will need one packet of our harvest pumpkin dip mix, one package of Hostess Twinkies (10 Twinkies in total), 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, ⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp. vanilla extra, one container of thawed whipped topping, two packages of instant vanilla pudding, and 2-3/4 cups of milk.
The first step is to slice your twinkies in half lengthwise and place them in your 13x9-inch baking dish with the cream side up. Next, you will blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ½ of the whipped topping until it appears smooth. Once smoothness is achieved, spread it evenly over your layer of twinkies. Next, you will combine the pudding mixes, harvest pumpkin dip mix, and milk. Whisk all of this together until it is well mixed, and spread it on top of the cream cheese layer in your dish. Finally, spread whatever whipped topping you have leftover from your pumpkin layer. If you want, you can sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon on top for garnish. Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours until it sets. This delicious dish makes 9 to 12 servings.
Pumpkin Apple Bake
Our delicious pumpkin apple bake is the perfect fall dessert. This fruity and flavorful treat is ideal for any pumpkin or apple lover. All you need to make this tasty pumpkin apple bake is one packet of our Harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix, a 5 oz. can of evaporated milk, 1 cup of regular milk, 6 beaten eggs, ¾ cup of white granulated sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extra, ½ tsp ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, 1-15 to 21 oz. can of apple pie filling, and 1 ½ cup of oatmeal. To make the topping for this dish, you will need one stick of softened butter, ¾ cup of packed brown sugar, and ¼ cup of oatmeal.
To make this dish, you will first want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix up all of your ingredients in a bowl except for the apple pie filling and your topping ingredients. Open your can of apple pie filling and carefully slice up the apple pieces into chunks while in the can using a knife. Add the apples to your mixture and mix all of the ingredients. Place the batter into your baking dish. Next, you will make the topping. Mix all of the topping ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle this crumble over the top of the batter evenly. Cover your baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove your foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the pumpkin apple bake is set and lightly brown. After you finish baking, cover your dish with foil and let it sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
You can either enjoy this dish as is or top it with whipped cream or even ice cream.
Harvest Pumpkin Bars
Our harvest pumpkin bars are out of this world. This delicious fall treat is perfect for any occasion and will leave you coming back for seconds. To make our harvest pumpkin bars, you will need one packet of our harvest pumpkin dip mix, ⅓ cup of hot water, ½ cup of oil or melted butter, ½ cup of sugar, two eggs, and ¾ cup of flour. You will need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan to make these bars. Mix your Harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix and hot water in a bowl using a fork. Let this sit for 3 minutes. Then add the rest of your ingredients and mix it up well using a spoon. Finally, spread your batter into your greased pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it springs back when lightly touched.
There are a couple of topping options we want to share with you. First is our cinnamon-sugar topping. You will need ¼ cup of sugar and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix these ingredients and sprinkle it over the batter in the pan BEFORE making.
We also recommend using cream cheese frosting. All you will need is three oz. of softened cream cheese, ½ cup of softened butter, one teaspoon of vanilla, and 2 cups of powdered sugar. Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl on high until creamy. Spread this frosting on top of your bars after they have cooled once cooked. We love the different variations offered with this dessert ensuring they never get old!
No-Bake Pumpkin Bars
If you liked our last recipe, then you will love this one! Our no-bake pumpkin bars are a quicker and easier alternative to our harvest pumpkin bars. However, both are delicious and worth a try.
These bars couldn’t be easier to make. You will need one packet of our harvest pumpkin dip mix, 1⁄3 cup of hot water, 8 oz. of cream cheese, 8 oz. of whipped topping such as cool whip, 36 small wafer sized gingersnaps, 4 Tbls. of melted butter, and 4 tbls. of sugar. Using a blender, blend up the gingersnaps until they are fine crumbs. Then, place these crumbs in a bowl and add the butter and sugar, mixing it with a fork/ Press these crumbs into a 7x12-inch pan. Make the harvest pumpkin dip mix as explained on the packet. Once your dip is made, fold in your whipped topping. Spread this mixture on top of your gingersnap crumbs and chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. That’s it!
